The Calgary Stampede returns this month from July 3 to 12, and one of the most fun parts of the western extravaganza is eating the midway foods. Whether you love staples like mini doughnuts or like to try the newest creations, there’s something for everyone. This year, there are 68 new midway foods to choose from, and we’ve got our eye on the Hankki Seoul Stampede Fries, a Korean-inspired poutine featuring fries, gravy, cheese curds, sautéed kimchi, Korean-seasoned fried chicken, sausage slices, melted cheese and green onions. It’s a hearty dish that’s perfect for sharing with a friend.
