Alf Fischer
A forward thinker with boundless energy, Fischer helped develop a $600 million rural infrastructure initiative and a province-wide program to accelerate water, power, sewer, roads and communication infrastructure to rural communities. He’s also at the forefront of a project to find new uses for bitumen, a byproduct of crude oil.
