Cheer on Cavalry FC With Exclusive Access Through A-List

by Paula Martinez

Spring has officially sprung, and with it has come more exciting A-List events.

New this month, A-List has partnered with Cavalry FC, Calgary’s professional men’s soccer club. A-Listers now have the chance to enjoy a Cavalry FC home game like never before; they can take part in the Carscallen Officers Club and everything that comes with it — an experience that’s usually only available to Cavalry FC Officers Club members, and now A-Listers, too.

A-List is your insider pass for exclusive access to events you’ll love across the city. It’s as simple as becoming a member and using your A-Dollars for extraordinary experiences from the dozens of events A-List has to offer. As a member, you enjoy events with an extra “wow” factor — think backstage tours, secret tastings, after-parties and now, Carscallen Officers Club access and VIP treatment at Cavalry FC matches.

Starting April 18 for the season opener home game against Vancouver FC, A-List will have tickets to every home game for members to enjoy the match and the premier perks from the Officers Club.

“We’re so excited to work with the Cavalry FC to offer A-List members access to the Carscallen Club perks without having to commit for the full season,” says Käthe Lemon, president of RedPoint Media and the A-List program. “A-List is all about getting the best experiences every time, and with VIP parking, access to the Officers Club, a full buffet dinner and pre-game events featuring Cavalry players and coaching staff — the A-List Cavalry tickets are definitely the best.”

The whole works

When A-Listers use their A-Dollars for a Cavalry FC match, they get the best possible experience. Before the game, A-Listers will have a chance to take part in exclusive experiences like wine and whiskey tastings and enjoy the hot buffet menu (alcoholic drinks are available at additional cost) in the Carscallen Officers Club itself, which overlooks the pitch. For the game, there is a variety of both indoor and outdoor heated seating options.

The atmosphere of the Club is unmatched, with networking opportunities galore.

After the game, A-Listers can attend the post-match press conference and connect with Head Coach and GM Tommy Wheeldon Jr. and one of Cavalry’s star players.

Officers Club tickets also include VIP parking access, ensuring you are treated like an A-Lister from start to finish.

April in full swing

From fine dining and theatre to private dinners, April is proving to be full of memorable events — many of which are already sold out, so make sure to sign up quickly and choose a higher membership option for first access to city-wide fun.

Avenue is hosting its first-ever Best Restaurants Festival in April, and members get premier access to its events throughout the month. A-Listers can enjoy multi-course dinner experiences for two at Cucina Market Bistro or River Café, as well as the Roots and Shoots Dinner experience at River Café, which features a six-course dining experience with wine pairings. Other culinary experiences include the Asada Tasting Dinner at Fortuna’s Row and the Pasta Making Brunch at Luca, where you can learn to make pasta with the pros and then get to enjoy the fruits of your labours, as well as a Family-Style Trattoria Dinner at Alforno and the Ultimate Wine and Dine Event at Teatro.
