Saskatoon & Region Home Builders’ Association Announce Top Achievements at the 33rd Annual Housing Excellence Awards Gala

SASKATOON, SK (FEB 10, 2025) – The Saskatoon & Region Home Builders’ Association proudly announced the winners of the 33rd Annual Housing Excellence Awards at a sold-out gala event on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at Prairieland Park in Saskatoon. Celebrating the pinnacle of achievement in the housing industry, this prestigious event recognized the outstanding work of its members across various categories, emphasizing innovation, quality, and excellence.

The Association proudly celebrated excellence in the homebuilding and renovation industry at this year’s prestigious awards gala, presenting 50 awards that recognized outstanding design, innovation, and craftsmanship. New this year, the Production Homes category was expanded with five additional awards, better representing the diverse home styles in Saskatoon’s housing market.

Ehrenburg Homes was honored as the Certified Professional Home Builder of the Year, while Centennial Kitchen & Bath earned the title of Certified Professional RenoMark® Renovator of the Year. Durabuilt Windows & Doors was named Trade Partner of the Year, and Lexis Homes once again secured the Parade of Homes Top Performer award for their exceptional entry in the 2024 Parade of Homes.

A highlight of the evening was the presentation of the Ambassador Award to Andrew Williams of North Prairie Developments, recognizing his outstanding contributions and lasting impact on the housing industry.
