Tourism Calgary has been paying tribute to outstanding customer service professionals since 1962 with the Calgary White Hat Awards. The awards recognize the quiet champions of the tourism and hospitality industry who go above and beyond in their field and earn Calgary its legendary hosting reputation. With over 700 semi-finalists, these individuals prove that exceptional service is not just a goal, it’s a way of life. Congrats to this year’s award recipients.
