Every year, the Calgary Stampede’s list of new midway foods is one of the most anticipated reveals of the summer. As usual, this year’s list features a mix of treats that are takes on classics and one-of-a-kind creations you won’t find anywhere else.

With options ranging from purple ube sesame street corn to dill pickle mini doughnuts, there’s something for everyone when the Calgary Stampede returns from July 4 to 13, 2025.
