Viviana Costante spends all her time working toward that: making sure the people around her are happy. She knows the events she works on are incredibly important for those involved, from the organizers to the guests. She solves any problem that arises with creativity, compassion and a willingness to roll up her sleeves and do what needs to be done, including using her calligraphy skills to handwrite table name cards. She makes meaningful connections with those around her, and her energy and spirit make her a friend and natural mentor to the people on her team.
